Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple to return or exchange.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided items are unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Wrong size, colour, or product received
- Manufacturing defects or damage in transit
- Significant colour/fabric variance from listing (subject to review)
Non-Returnable
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Custom-stitched or altered products
- Intimate wear, jewellery with broken seals, and gift cards
- Products without tags, with stains, odour, or signs of use
How to Initiate
- Log in to My Account and open your order.
- Select the item and reason for return/exchange.
- Or email returns@manisutra.com with order number and photos if damaged.
- Our team will share pickup or drop-off instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 3–5 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer to the details you provide.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on size/stock availability. If the preferred size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Shipping Costs
Returns due to our error or a defect are free. Customer-initiated size/preference returns may incur a nominal reverse-pickup fee, disclosed before you confirm the return.
